5. Terms for Solicitors and Law Firms

5.1 Eligibility

To claim a listing on our platform, you must be:

  • A solicitor currently regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
  • Or an authorised representative of an SRA-regulated law firm

5.2 Listing Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your firm and services. You must not:

  • Misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Include false or misleading information
  • Claim practice areas you are not qualified to handle

5.3 Enquiry Response

You are responsible for responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner. We may display response rate metrics on your profile.

5.4 Premium Subscriptions

Premium listing subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Solicitor Directory shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

11. Termination
